Dr. Kwan Pun Fong
Director
Dr. Kwan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Hong Kong University, a Master of Commerce from Hitotsubashi University, Japan, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. With extensive business experience and academic contributions, he serves on various professional bodies and committees while actively participating in social and public affairs.
Dr. Kelvin Ho
President
President of Frasertec since 2005, Dr. Ho holds a BSc from Hong Kong Baptist University, an MSc from the University of Essex, and an MBA and PhD from the University of South Australia. He has held senior management roles in multinational information technology companies, with extensive IT and project management experience since 1991. He leads Frasertec's strategic planning and cross-divisional collaboration. Recognized by Hong Kong Economic Times as a "Smart Businessman," he contributes to education as a lecturer and actively participates in social initiatives.
