The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) stopped taking new applications on 31 December 2024. The original Digital Transformation Support Pilot Programme (DTSPP) closed in May 2025. The 2026 Policy Address confirms Cyberport matching subsidies for more SMEs to adopt AI and cybersecurity digital solutions. The Government earlier indicated about HK$300 million in extra allocation, targeting launch in the second half of the year after consulting the Legislative Council. Funding mode, ceiling and eligibility are unpublished — do not assume the old 1:1, HK$50,000 terms still apply.
